Security Deposits:Landlords typically require security deposits to protect against potential damages during your stay. The deposit amount usually ranges from one to two months' rent, depending on the property type and value.

Cleaning Fees:Include cleaning fees in your budget. These fees, typically $50-100, cover necessary cleaning services before your arrival and after your departure.

Additional Amenities:Consider additional amenities that enhance your stay, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV channels, or a swimming pool. Most properties offer these amenities for an extra charge, typically ranging from $10 to $50, depending on the package.

We understand that plans can change, and we offer flexibility in our cancellation and refund policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, we allow refunds up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. To initiate the cancellation process and receive a refund, please contact us via email or phone call.

For cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date, a full refund will be provided minus a $75 administrative fee. Please note that no cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of the arrival date, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time period.

In the event of an emergency that requires you to depart early after checking in, we offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining nights (based on our standard nightly rates) minus a $75 administration fee.
