The AlDar Headquarters created by MZ Architects has an inventive and distinctive design: a semispherical structure comprising two roundabout curved shaped facades associated by a restricted band of indented covering. As one moves closer to the item, it becomes obvious that the extensive obscuring of scale commonly experienced in the desert landscape is by and by clear yet this time through a notorious man made creation: the HQ. The Aldar HQ has won the "Best Architecture" Award at the 2009 CNBC Arabian Property Awards as well as the "Best Futuristic Design" Award at the 2008 Building Exchange gathering (Valencia, Spain).
