Boston National Historical Park offers details in a number of ways, including lectures, tours, costumed programs, exhibits and publications. Rangers direct hour and a half strolling tours of the midtown bit of Boston's Freedom Trail day by day, from mid-April through November. At the Navy Yard, rangers direct tours of the WW II/Cold War destroyer, U.S.S. Cassin Young, assuming the rainclouds blow over. At the Dorchester Heights Monument in South Boston, the grounds are open all year yet the landmark is just open seasonally (please call ahead for data). The coordinating sites of Boston National Historical Park offer an assortment of programs and services. The U.S. Naval force conducts tours of U.S.S. Constitution (Old Ironsides). Close by, the U.S.S. Constitution Museum features exhibits and a blessing shop. In midtown Boston, the secretly administered Old South Meeting House, Old State House, Paul Revere House and Old North Church all offer public programs, exhibits and blessing shops. Rest rooms are located at the city center and Charlestown Navy Yard tourist centers, the Bunker Hill Monument and Faneuil Hall.
