Dallas Contemporary was established in the year 1978 in the Design District of Dallas. The Museum conducts exhibitions of their fine art over time each in an alternate structure from each other. As a contemporary arts institution that grapples with complex issues within recent memory in one of the fastest developing metro lexes in our nation, Dallas Contemporary solidly believes in the force of artists' ideas and voices to narrative and transforms society. In the coming weeks we will declare actions we are taking as an institution to all the more likely serve and represent dark, and all minimized communities. There is a lengthy, difficult experience in front of us and we are focused on accomplishing the work, fostering partner ship and having a functioning job in dismantling systemic racism.
