Hazlehead Park is one Aberdeen’s ancient historic properties. It was initially important for the extraordinary chasing backwoods of Stocket simply outside the city. In 1319 the land was skilled to the city by King Robert the Bruce, as a component of the 'Opportunity Boundary', in gratefulness for the help that the residents offered preceding the King's triumph over the English at Bannockburn in 1314. There are two conventional rose gardens; the Queen Mother's Rose Garden and the North Sea Azlehead Around the park are football pitches, a green, pitch and putt course and woods for strolling.
