The National Museum of Malaysia is one of the most well-known museums in Kuala Lumpur. It was established on 10 March 1994 and it showcases Malaysian history, art, culture and tradition. The museum displays a wide range of objects that date from the prehistoric period to recent times such as textiles, paintings, sculptures and traditional crafts. With more than 100 galleries spread over six acres of land, the National Museum offers a great way to learn about Malaysia's heritage!

Visitors can visit on weekdays from 10:00 am - 4:30 pm (closed at 12:30pm) during summer months (April-October) and 9:00am-5:00pm during winter months (November-March). Weekends
