The Parco delle Cascine is the greatest green park of Florence, a couple of steps from the middle: 130 hectares of surface corresponding to the Arno River. You will discover numerous types of feathered creatures and rich vegetation with immense yards, ways and carports. You will see a major impact trees in the square Vittorio Veneto (Atlas Cedar), in the square of Cascine (pines, plane trees and a marvelous Ginkgo Bilboa), on the Arno Margin (white aspens), in the glade of Quercione (plane trees, oaks) and in the nursery of "Catena" (horse chestnut and cedars).
