Ragigudda Sri Prasanna Anjaneya Temple was developed in 1972 and is dedicated to Hanuman, the very popular Hindu God, for his true unconditional devotion and divinity towards Lord Sri Rama. Situated on top of a curious hillock in ninth square of Jayanagar suburb in Bangalore, the sanctuary houses a Shivaling notwithstanding an enormous gorgeous icon of Hanuman and excellent shrines of Ram, Sita and Lakshman. It also flaunts a falsely made cascade which prettifies the generally charming slope top view.
