Nestled along a waterfront in an impressive souq, Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization allows one to jump deep into the roots of Islamic and Arab culture. With the exhibits spanning more than two floors, visitors find out about the rituals, artifacts, textiles and that's only the tip of the iceberg. The galleries on the ground floor display various angles of Islamic confidence, from their scientific accomplishments in astronomy and mathematics to their rituals and significance of the hajj. The upper floor galleries include the timetable of 1400 years of workmanship and artifacts of Islamic culture.
