Sri Karya Siddhi Anjaneya Swamy Temple

Plenty of devotees visit the temple everyday.  Constantly, temple is packed and one can see parcel of coconuts tied around the sanctuary. This is because of "Poorna Phala Samarpana", a sort of pooja prescribed at sanctuary for satisfying the wishes. This should be done in a prescribed way. Devotees can offer coconut also called poorna phala to Lord Anjaneya for the fulfilling of their wishes. The process of following this "Poornaphala Deeksha" is as follows: Devotee takes a sankalpam (make a wish before the god) and ties the coconut with its external shell (poornaphala) at the temple. Cocktails and non-vegan food has to be stopped during this period. On sixteenth day, this coconut which was tied has to be eliminated and offered to master and it should be used to set up some sweets and should be distributed among family, friends, and relatives. As the name implies every one of the efforts (Karya) of the devotees, who ask at the Karyasidhdhi Anjaneya sanctuary for his blessings, are satisfied (Siddhi). The Karya Siddhi Hanuman icon in this temple was dedicate at the Sri Ganapathi Sachidananda Ashram assumption.
