Sri Mariamman Temple

Located in Chinatown, the Sri Mariamman Temple returns to 1827 and is the most prepared Hindu sanctuary in Singapore. Returning to 1827, the sanctuary was known as Mariamman Kovil or Kling Street Temple, and worked by untouchables from the Nagapatnam and Cuddalore region of South India. It is focused on the goddess Mariamman, known for her energy to fix disorders and contaminations. As of now a public milestone, a critical piece of the current structure is acknowledged to have been innate 1862-63 by Indian trained professionals. Other than adoration, the sanctuary was an imperative spot for bunch practices in the midst of the outskirts time.
