The Trick Eye Museum in Sentosa is isolated into six themed areas- the world of Masterpieces, Fairytale, Supernatural, Fantasy, Excitement and the Trick World. Trick of the eye refers to the method of Trompe-l'oeil which turns two-dimensional paintings into three-dimensional images using optical illusions. The six zones of Museum offer an encounter that is both interesting and increasingly minds boggling. The Museum invites its visitors to reproduce images inside the four-dimensional space, by offering 3D and 4D paintings as well as craftsmanship installations, that invites the spectator to stroll through the falsely constructed virtual space and experience it with all their five senses by contacting and searching through it. The museum offers a remarkable photograph taking experience through their close to-life exhibits, and furthermore provides the extra element of adding expanded reality to the static pictures. The Museum offers its own XR application, which adds an expanded reality to the exhibits to pose and take pictures or videos with. Under the Educational component of the Trick Eye Museum, the museum provides movement booklets and guides upon request, which can change over the experience from one that is simply amusing to something instructive as well.
